Movie Review: Harry Potter and The Order Of The Phoenix
Finally, I managed to catch the 5th installment of the Harry Potter series.
Contrary to the reviews given with remarks such as 'Boring' and 'Disappointing', I thought it was rather well made. Dark maybe but I thought they captured the essence of the book pretty well. I guess you need to follow the story to be able to appreciate the movie.
And another observation, Wow! How they've grown. From the scrawny kids, they are now tall teenagers, especially the actor who plays Neville.
Anyway, I think the movie is now way better than the book. I've given up since the lengthy and rushed 'Half Blood Prince'. Ugh...

Comments
ME: I thought it was okay. After all, this is not exactly a fairy tale and it has 7 stories. Don't blame me if it sucks, ROFL!
jomel: Wow, I didn't realize it had been six years already.
eve: You ar... LOL!
PB: The movie skims through a lot of parts cos the book is so thick. Eragon was a horrible remake. I think Harry Potter is pretty okay in capturing the main storyline.
winniethepooh: I think so too.
annie: Yeah, people always want the movie to go according to their expectations. I prefer a good story that is unpredictable.
