Roadkill

It seems that in Seremban on every other day, you run across some roadkill. Dogs, cats, iguanas, birds... victims of our modern and efficient transportation system. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I won't run across some humanoid roadkill one of these days.

It's kind of sad, when you think about it. Humans and other living creatures existing on the same planet. As we advance, we encroach more and more into their territories by our roads, buildings and at the same time, we deprive them of their means of survival. Then we label them as pests, when in reality, they are just trying to survive and adapt to the changes we have enforced upon them.

As humans, we have different religions that tell us we have souls and spirits. Looking at these innocent creatures that exist alongside us, I wonder, what does the afterlife hold for them.

well, unless we ban vehicles from the face of the earth.

Treat it just like any other risk that animals have to face on this earth.. from being predated to getting disease..etc
