Shitty Diarrhoea, Pounding Headache

Took leave today. Of all days, I have food poisoning from yesterday's hash browns. Ugh, feel like vomitting. After the shitting spree, I have the mother of all migraines. If you rarely fall sick like me, sickness makes you a sad case... Ow...

take plenty of rest. it is a good time actually to 'detox' your system. eat/drink porridge water, light non-oily stuff, veggie, fruits, non-milk protein.

and get some medication to ease the nausea and diarrhoea. The nausea medication may cause drowsiness.. so it is a good excuse to catch up on long lost sleep!

Hey Jonzz.. hope you are better now. Take some supplement for the migraine problem. Vit. B2 is a great choice for reducing and eliminating that. Take care. Happy weekend :)
