My Butterfly Orchid

Remember the orchid LM gave me. I think it's reached the last stretch of it's flowering stalk. It's starting to sprout leaves.

Hmm.. it looks a bit like a butterfly at the moment.



On rainy days, Jonzz gets strange inspirations from plants due to boredom.

ya, that's what i wanted to know. will it bloom again? i don't mean this year. i mean in it's lifetime. i always had to throw out the orchid after it's bloom cos the leaves start dropping.

It blooms in cycles. After it gets tired of showing off its blooms, it goes into a vegetative growing stage. feed it well during this period and you will be rewarded with nice big healthy blooms.
