Anyway, here's a blur but still delicious looking plate of roasted chicken made with marinade sponsored by Kok Hon... seriously. He generously supplied a jar of marinade for me to try with my new oven. He he he... unfortunately, I haven't actually been able to use it yet. My mum beat me to it. She used her way cooler convection oven thingy. Anyway here are the results. Ta da.....

Verdict: The picture is blur. LOL... The skin a bit towards the salty side but overall well-received.
