Motivated

News! Duzhai is updating his blog again! (Is this what they call pimping a blog, he he?)

Ah, after observing a friend lose weight effectively, I feel all energized to lose weight again. Thanks, dude!

So this week, I shall watch my diet. (I wanted to say, this month but one shouldn't be too overambitious. After all, months are made of weeks and weeks are made of days... la la la...)

So it's gonna be fruits for breakfast and vegetarian for lunch this week. You are given the honorary dut... err... privilege to tortur... encourage me to do this, heh!

Ah, I'm still enjoying the feeling of amiability and bliss from my smooth Internet connection at home. Finger crossed... hope it lasts...

hmmm..I wonder, if I eat oats with charkwayteow...does that mean them oats will absorb all the nasty cholestoral? Hmmm....

I think people look v good after they lose weight in a healthy way. That is, if they r already not too slim for a start.

Just my two cents worth since my dieting plan not v successful...
1) Breakfast is the most important meal. No nasi lemak but dun need to eat fruits only.
2) Vegetarian does NOT mean weight loss. I still believe in LESS carbo.
3) No meals after 8pm
4) No snacking and unhealthy food
5) Add in exercise in your diet plan. Although weight loss = 40% exercise; 60% diet.

I also need someone to constantly nag at me also. Good if u can remind me too :)

you know, yesterday i had a wonderful salsa fish with some aromatic rice. it was yummmm...and the siew yoke i ate with the tender chicken rice last night was heavenly....er...you're on a diet, aren't you? sorry. kekekeke. *runs off*

What are you people talking about? Munching on a whole grain energy bar.

The key to lose weight is to build muscles and eat protein rich food.

Going on a starvation diet is not going to help. It will make you feel more miserable.

wanna know the BEST diet plan? Be in a classrooom of kiddies for 3 hours a day for a week. Gerenti you loose half your weight. Ha ha ha!

You ought to get skinny Hollywood style... get filthy rich, wear big sunglasses, drink a lot of alcohol, adopt 3 kids from different countries and go to jail.

Voila! You'll be skinny like Paris Hilton, Angelina Jolie and Nicole Richie!

and no torture involved! well, except adopting a lot of kids. ?
